To enter our contest, you must have completed the credit facility application form. You do not need to have an active credit facility with us to participate.
Participation in the contest is voluntary. Your consent is requested at the end of the survey.
The deadline to enter is midnight, November 30th, 2022.
The prize will be sent to you by email to the address you used when you filled out the application form on our site.
The prize is an electronic (virtual) gift card from Walmart worth $50. A total of five (5) cards will be awarded to winners.
The prize will be determined by an anonymous draw in St-Hubert on December 1st 2022 at 11:00 am.
The winner of the prize will be contacted by phone and by email.
The prize winner will be required to confirm that he/she has been notified that he/she has won the contest by December 3rd 2022. If we do not receive confirmation, we will randomly select another winner.
Employees, representatives, agents of the company & its sister companies and persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to participate in this contest.
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
No event is required to obtain the prize.
A person for whose benefit a publicity contest is held must ensure that the advertisement of the contest does not lead to the belief that a person
1° has won a particular prize; or
2° may enter a contest for the purpose of receiving a prize or being eligible to win a prize, when in fact all entrants receive a prize.
This person must ensure that the advertisement indicates the number and description of the prizes offered in this contest, their respective values, whether it is a single prize or whether it indicates the smallest and largest value of the prizes.
It must also ensure that the advertisement specifies how and where the public can obtain a copy of the contest rules.
It must also ensure that the advertisement indicates the nature of the test to which the winner must submit to obtain the prize, when participation in a publicity contest requires the purchase of a good or service.
