What are the responsibilities of a credit approbation agent?
The credit approbation agent has for main responsibilities to support the business in the analysis of financial files. He has to evaluate the applications, collect the needed information for the customer’s application, as well as inform them on the terms of the financing that is offered by the company.
What are your daily tasks?
- Analyze credit application (solvability, bank statement, account owner, etc.)
- Verify credit applications content (missing document/information)
- Verify the authenticity of information provided by customers using specialized computer softwares.
- Collect the necessary file information by communicating by phone or email with the customer.
- Perform the necessary follow ups on pending customers files.
- Leave all related notes on the files to ease other collegues work.
- Confirm the validity of the customer’s job.
- Make sure to have a completed and conform file before the loan deposit.
- Make sur to offer an impeccable service to the customers.
- Encourage clients to carry their applications to term when they want to cancel it by negotiating the terms or by giving solutions to the customers.
- Perform any other task given by immediate superior or related to the function.
- Fill the information on the balance sheet.
- Decision making on demand.
What are the prerequisites for this function?
- Collegial studies degree
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- SMB experience (bonus)
- Available to work on weekends
